Dianne's RR Arrived

Dianne's RR has arrived in New Hampshire, a brief stop back in the States.... it is lovely. I am quite nervous, though, about this linen. It is a very loose weave, very transparent. Possibly a 25 ct linen? Dianne, how big are your blocks (how many stitches each??) - I will need to find a pattern that will fit on the low count linen. I fear the one I have had put aside for this RR for months now will be too big - thanks!

Well now you have me terribly curious. I know Diane doesn't want to see hers till the end, but do you think you could email a picture? I had a pattern put aside, but maybe I better look for something else.

Glad it has arrived Carol, I was getting a bit worried about it.

Carol, I sent you an email. I know, it's a different kind of linen, but once you get working on it, it's not too bad. I think it's around what you said, 25 ct. I put in charts to help you out. And the squares were divided up by 100 x 100 if I'm not mistaken. My house is a good size.
BTW, I don't mind you giving it a light pressing before you send it on to help with wrinkles, etc.

Make sure you take a tape measure and measure off an inch on one of the already stitched pieces. That how I figured out Annemarie's was 36 ct-I had to get use to stitching on that as I usually don't go that small. It's coming along nicely!
